Howdy! I'm Connie, an interactive developer/designer, comics journalist and illustrator based in Washington D.C. By day, I work as a graphics reporter at NPR.

I've designed large, cross-newsroom, interactive projects like memorializing COVID-19 deaths through songs of remembrance and looking at the science behind joy. I've also analyzed legislation to report on anti-trans state laws and illustrated comics about coping with pandemic numbness.

By night, I love to dance ballet, mix strange seltzer concoctions, and make comics about cats that are also cowboys.

Thanks for reading! I'm always open to new opportunities. My resume is here and you can reach me at
